Chinese, Qing Dynasty, likely 19th century. A fan form embroidered silk fragrance purse with imperial yellow cording adorned with carved green beads with archaic frog symbols, the beads flanked to either end by white to blue ombre woven details, the purse of folded fan form black silk with gold and silver metallic threaded decoration to either side with an archaic frog symbol at center surrounded by cloud scrolls. Fan form approximately 4.275" tall x 4.75" wide, with cording extended approximately 16.5" tall.
Overall very good condition. Some fraying of loose threads. Minor discoloration of cording. Not distracting or overly apparent. Wear is commensurate with age and usage.
