English, first quarter of 19th century and later, circa 1810 and later. 11 piece Worcester porcelain assembled group with black under the sea shell, coral and aquatic plant motif on white ground accented with gilt borders, comprising of two oblong serving dishes with scalloped gilt borders, two round dessert plates with gilt borders, two scallop edged bowls with gilt borders, a square serving dish with scalloped gilt rim, three handled tea cups with undulating rims (without gilt elements), and a circular bread and butter plate (also lacking gilt elements). Some items marked with Flight, Barr & Barr (circa 1803-1840) mark under crown on bottom. Circular plate diameter approximately 8.25". Oblong dish approximately 8" x 11.25".
Overall very good condition. There is wear and loss of gilt and some fading of black painted sea motif. Very minor peppering/glaze pop. One bowl with flea bite to rim. The square serving dish with tight hairline fracture to back side; only felt with fingernail and not readily seen, approximately 3/8". Minor surface scratches and wear to foot rim as would be expected with age and usage. No other damage or repairs noted.
