Lenore "Lee" Krasner was an American abstract expressionist painter, with a strong specialty in collage. She was married to Jackson Pollock. Although there was much cross-pollination between their two styles, the relationship somewhat overshadowed her contribution for some time.

Very good condition overall; scattered craquelure throughout; canvas is slightly loose on stretcher; canvas loss/ holes at the edge of all four corners; pinhole areas of paint loss in upper left quadrent; small area of chalky residue in the same zone; small area of retouching apparent upper left quadrent; taking around edges is new, replacing old staples.
