Raphael (Italian, 1483-1520): from Raphael Santivs pinx in Aedibus Vaticanis, Pair of Prints dedicated to Pio Sxto Pont Max ,engraving, c.1775, unframed.
Raphael was one of, if not the, most renowned painter and architect of the High Renaissance known for his clarity and technical achievement. This particular print was printed by Joannes Volpato (Italian, 1735-1803), a notable Italian printer, around 1775.
24.5 x 31.5 inches paper
Private collection, New England, USA.
Very good aged condition; handling marks through out; paper has a slight undulation through it; corners rounded.Condition
