Gordon Hope Grant (American, 1875-1962): The Grand Banks, Channel Buoy, ca 1940's. Etching on paper, signed in pencil below, mounted to mat board, small printed didactic about the etching verso.
Gordon Hope Grant was an American artist, well-known for his maritime watercolors, and his work with the American Boy Scouts. His best known work is likely his watercolor of the USS Constitution.
Mat: 16 x 20 inches. Paper: 9x 11 inches.
Private Collection, Boston, USA.
Very good condition with even toning throughout; light mat burn.Condition
