Franz Kline (American, 1910-1962) Attributed/ Manner of: Abstract Composition in Black and yellow, oil on canvas, signed lower right, framed.
Franz Kline, a key figure of abstract expressionism and well known for his black and white paintings, made a powerful contribution to the avant-garde movement. His emphatic, abstract paintings set down with strident confidence exemplify the Action Painting achievements of the Abstract Expressionists.
23.5 x 24 inches framed.

Good aged condition. There is a small crack in the upper left corner. A few areas are discolored buy surface grime. The canvas is slightly loose on the stretcher.Condition
