African Tribal Art: Tabwa People, Zaire: Divination Figure of a Woman on the Shoulders of a Man, 19th/20th Century. Carved wood. The sculpture has a fine patina with traces of libations.
Provenance: Private Collection, Massachusetts, Private collection, New York
