American, 1916 - 2000. Eyvind Earle was a painter, illustrator, and author. He was well-known for his styling and illustration additions to Disney's film backgrounds during the 1950s. The illustrator was born in New York on April 26, 1916. Eyvind Earle and developed an interest in painting since he was 10. The painter showcased his work at the age of 14 in France. The artist's first exhibition took place in 1937 at the Charles Morgan Galleries in New York. During this time, Eyvind Earle's artwork at auction portrayed realistic style.
