    1. All shipping includes insurance.

    2. All shipping cost is flat rate of $100.00

    which will be added to your invoice for the lot and will be shipped and delivered with 4-6 weeks in the United States after receiving payment.  International shipping prices may differ. You will be notified in advance, if otherwise. 


    3. If there is any damage during shipping, the shipping company will investigate the matter. After finishing investigation, we will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.
