PICK-UP LOCATION: 1155 Westminster Street, Ground floor, Providence, Rhode Island.
PICK-UP TIMES: Monday to Friday 11am to 3pm, five (5) business days after the auction or at another convenient time and provided you have made arrangements with us five (5) days in advance and your invoice is paid in full. Please call(401) 273-1618 so we have your item(s) ready and we can direct you to our loading dock for larger pick-up's.
PACKING & SHIPPING: We do not offer in-house packing and shipping services. Shipping can be expensive, please consider obtaining estimate(s) prior to bidding. We have provided the following list of shippers as a courtesy and we will assist you with your third-party shipping needs, however, we assume no liability for any shipper you use or any loss or damage occasioned in transport or otherwise as a result of shipping.

AUCTION: By bidding at the auction the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: All lots are subject to a 25% buyer's premium with a 3% COD (cash on delivery) discount.
PAYMENT: Payment is due within 3 days from the auction, after which the auctioneer may cancel the sale or bring an action against the purchaser for the bid amount. All bids are in US dollars.
INSPECTION: Additional photographs of any lot are available, and in person and virtual inspection is available.
AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION: We will not sell an item if we do not believe it to be authentic (as described) and we will not describe an item if we do not believe our description is accurate. We do not, however, warrant anything express or implied. Every lot is sold "as is". Bidders are responsible for determining the accuracy of our description and condition of every lot and making their own determinations as to attribution, period, materials, authenticity, date and value. All items that incorporate electronics, such as audio or lighting, should be professionally evaluated prior to use.
NO REFUNDS: All sales are final. We do not give or accept refunds for any reason. Please be sure that you wish to purchase an item before bidding on it. Please inquire about the condition of any item or request additional photographs before bidding. Please anticipate that shipping costs may exceed your winning bid.
AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or declare any item unsold or to cancel any sale in the auctioneer's sole discretion.
ABANDONED LOTS: Lots purchased and not picked-up or shipped after (60) days shall be deemed abandoned and dispose of by us without compensation to the purchaser.
PHOTOGRAPHS: All images of lots belong to us, they may not be reproduced for any reason. We reserve the right to advertise the result of any item we sell.
RISK OF LOSS: Once the bid is won the risk of loss passes to the winning bidder.
AMENDMENTS: We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
