Shipping Info
All lots won must be picked-up five (5) business days after the auction 11am - 3pm. Alternatively, providing arrangements have been made by the bidder with a shipper, we will hold the lot for the shipper for a reasonable period of time. In no event shall any item be stored for longer than sixty (60) days and after which the item shall be deemed abandoned and disposed of by us without compensation to the winning bidder.
Shipping can be expensive, please consider obtaining estimate(s) prior to bidding.
We have provided the following list of shippers as a courtesy and we will assist you with your third-party shipping needs, however, we assume no liability for any shipper you use or any loss or damage occasioned in transport or otherwise as a result of shipping:

We are happy to provide additional high resolution images. Virtual previews are available for multiple lots up to the auction day. Please call or email your requests.

AUCTION
By bidding at the auction the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
All lots are subject to a 30% buyer's premium regardless of the method of payment or bidding.
PAYMENT
Payment is due within 3 days from the auction, after which the auctioneer may cancel the sale or bring an action against the purchaser for the bid amount. All bids are in US dollars.
INSPECTION
Additional photographs of any lot are available and personal and virtual inspections are available by appointment.
AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION
We will not sell an item if we do not believe it to be authentic and we will not describe an item if we do not believe our description is accurate. We do not, however, warrant anything express or implied. Every lot is sold "as is". Bidders are responsible for determining the accuracy of our description and condition of every lot and making their own determinations as to value. We disclaim all warranties express or implied, including but not limited to the fitness of any item auctioned for a particular purpose. All vintage items should be professionally evaluated prior to use, including but not limited to lighting, electronics or items with electrical components.
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not give or accept refunds for any reason. Please be sure that you wish to purchase an item before bidding on it. Please inquire about the condition of any item or request additional photographs before bidding.
SHIPPING
We provide packing and shipping. We ship through Federal Express. We are happy to assist you with your packing and shipping requests and estimates.
AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or declare any item unsold or to cancel any sale in the auctioneer's sole discretion.
ABANDONED LOTS
Lots purchased and not picked-up or shipped after (60) days, without exception, shall be deemed abandoned and dispose of by us without compensation to the winning bidder.
AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
