PICK-UP TIMES: Monday to Friday 11am to 3pm, five (5) days after the auction.
Please note, we will be closed, and there will be no pick-up times, December 24th and 25th.
Please call (401) 273-1618 so we have your item(s) ready and we can direct you to our loading dock.
PACKING & SHIPPING: We do not offer in-house packing and shipping services. Shipping can be expensive, please consider obtaining estimate(s) prior to bidding.
We have provided the following list of shippers as a courtesy and we will assist you with your third-party shipping needs, however, we assume no liability for any shipper you use or any loss or damage occasioned in transport or otherwise as a result of shipping:

AUCTION
By bidding at the auction the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
All lots are subject to a 25% buyer's premium regardless of the method of payment or bidding.
PAYMENT
Payment is due within 3 days from the auction, after which the auctioneer may cancel the sale or bring an action against the purchaser for the bid amount. All bids are in US dollars.
INSPECTION
Additional photographs of any lot are available and virtual inspection is available by appointment.
AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION
We will not sell an item if we do not believe it to be authentic and we will not describe an item if we do not believe our description is accurate. We do not, however, warrant anything express or implied. Every lot is sold "as is". Bidders are responsible for determining the accuracy of our description and condition of every lot and making their own determinations as to value.
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not give or accept refunds for any reason. Please be sure that you wish to purchase an item before bidding on it. Please inquire about the condition of any item or request additional photographs before bidding.
SHIPPING
We provide packing and shipping. We ship through Federal Express. We are happy to assist you with your packing and shipping requests and estimates.
STORAGE
Storage is available on all lots. The first thirty (30) days is complimentary, and $8.00 per month thereafter.
AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or declare any item unsold or to cancel any sale in the auctioneer's sole discretion.
AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
