SHIPPING INFORMATION:
The buyer is responsible for shipping the purchased item(s). Buyer pays all import duties and taxes. 5% GST will be added to all Canadian purchases.

Uniquities Architectural Antiques Inc. will not be held responsible for items entrusted to a third party shipper. Should you wish to use our service for crating only, please contact us for a quote.
Uniquities Architectural Antiques Inc. hours for pick up: Tuesday – Saturday, 11 am – 4 pm MT. We are closed for the Christmas Holidays from December 24 to January 2nd. For pick up, we will reopen on January 4, 2019. We require 24 hours’ notice in advance of pick up.

Terms & Conditions
BEFORE THE SALE:
Perspective buyers are advised to contact Uniquities Architectural Antiques Inc. for additional information regarding condition. If we are not contacted, the buyer accepts the item as described. The pieces are vintage and antique and generally will have signs of wear and use, therefore it is the responsibility of the buyer to ask the questions. All sales are final.
Uniquities Architectural Antiques Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any item for Buy Now ONLY at our discretion.
BIDDING:
When making a bid, the bidder is accepting personal liability to pay the purchase price, GST sales tax (for Canadian buyers only), and other applicable charges i.e. crating costs. Buyer is responsible for any import duties and applicable taxes.
RESERVE:
Lots may have a reserve price which is the confidential minimum price that the lot can be sold at.
AFTER YOU PURCHASE:
You will receive an invoice from Uniquities Architectural Antiques Inc. detailing the item(s) purchased and its price, including GST (for Canadian residents), and listing our payment methods.
BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY:
Upon the fall of the hammer, title to the offered lot shall pass to the buyer and the buyer immediately is liable for payment of the purchase price (as defined below) to Uniquities Architectural Antiques Inc. It is the buyer's responsibility to ask specific questions on condition related concerns prior to the auction.
PURCHASE PRICE AND PAYMENT:
All Canadian purchases are subject to 5% GST sales tax. The purchase price for each lot shall equal the hammer price plus GST for Canadian residents. Payments can be made by PayPal, E-transfer or wire transfer. Payment is required within 7 days of purchase date. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
NON PAYMENT:
Full payment, including 5% GST (for Canadian residents only) and any crating charges will be required within the 7 days following the sale.
Failure to pay in full may result in
(i) a late charge of one and a half percent (1.5%) per thirty (30) days of the total purchase price.
(ii) or to resell the item.
(iii) or to take legal action as we find necessary.
