Auction Description
The Print Center’s 2024 Benefit Auction directly supports its critically-acclaimed programs. The Benefit Auction offers outstanding pieces donated in support of the organization by our fabulous community of artists, gallerists, printshops and collectors. We are thrilled to offer works by Mark Thomas Gibson, Henry Horenstein, Maira Kalman, Dr. Lakra, George Platt Lynes, Andrea Modica, Eileen Neff, Anne Noggle, Endi Poskovic, María Verónica San Martín, Katia Santibañez, Kiki Smith, Hiroshi Watanabe and Wendel A. White, along with many others.
Bidding closes on Saturday, December 7th at 8:00pm EST.
Since 1915, The Print Center has celebrated the power of print. The mission of this nonprofit arts organization is to encourage the growth and understanding of photography and printmaking as vital contemporary arts through exhibitions, publications and educational programs. All works ship from Philadelphia. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
8% sales tax will be due for artworks picked up at The Print Center, or shipped within Pennsylvania.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All works will be shipped from Philadelphia, PA. Items may be picked up at The Print Center at no additional cost. Winning bidders will be contacted by The Print Center on Tuesday, December 10, to arrange shipping or pickup. For any questions, please contact benefit@printcenter.org.

Winning bidders will be notified by email as soon as the Auction closes. Buyer’s Premium – a standard charge of 5% of the hammer price will be added to each item. Winning bidders will be contacted by The Print Center on Tuesday, December 10 to accept any outstanding payments and make shipping or pick-up arrangements. After the Auction closes, any unsold lot will available at the minimum bid price until December 21, 2024 at printcenter.org/benefit or at The Print Center (1614 Latimer Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103). All sales are final – no exchanges or refunds. All items are sold as is. By completing a purchase, a buyer waives any claims for liability against either The Print Center or the donor of the property or service. Neither The Print Center nor the donor is responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the utilization of property or services sold. The Print Center’s membership discounts do not apply to Auction purchases. Contributions to The Print Center are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Items that are left unclaimed for more than 90 days become the property of The Print Center.
