    AAPL 2021 Studio Auction by The American Artists Professional League
    The American Artists Professional League (AAPL) is based in New York City, representing almost 500 members across the country. This auction supports the AAPL’s Member Artists, as well as provides a new opportunity for additional revenue for Member services and activities. Conducted exclusively on-line, this event features original artwork directly from the studios of our Members. The exceptional selection of artwork includes paintings, drawings and sculpture.     Anyone registering to buy or buying an item in this Studio Auction accepts these Terms and Conditions. The Buyer is responsible for the amount of the successful bid, a 25% buyer’s premium, applicable taxes, and any other charges required for shipping and collecting the artwork. Payments shall be made in U.S. dollars via Paypal. Payments for winning items should be made within 10 days of the closing date of the sale. Please note that all sales are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. Shipping and insurance will be arranged directly between the Buyer and Artist. Artist has made every effort to describe the property correctly and accurately and to provide an accurate image of each item. The American Artists Professional League (AAPL) makes no representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, regarding the correctness of the description, physical condition, quality or importance of the property sold in the Studio Auction. The Artist and Bidsquare retain the rights to photographs, catalogue text, illustrations and other intellectual property contained in the Studio Auction catalogue and on the websites related to the Studio Auction. Information, including Buyer's name, telephone number, e-mail address, and amounts of purchases, will be collected by the AAPL & Bidsquare and Buyer consents to such information collection and fair use.
