DELIVERY OF LOTS
All furniture and objects sold at the auction will be taken to Drouot's warehouse, at the buyer's expense:
Lots can be collected free of charge from the auction room until 6pm on the evening of the sale and between 8am and 10am the following day with the paid invoice. After this time, the lots are stored at DROUOT MAGASINAGE, at the following rates:
- Administration fee / lot incl. VAT: 5€, depending on the nature of the lot *.
- Storage and insurance costs / lot incl. VAT :
- 1€ / day, the first 4 working days
- 1€ / 5€ / 10€ / 15€ / 20€ / day, from the 5th working day, depending on the nature of the lot *

Terms & Conditions
CONDITIONS OF SALE
The voluntary sale will be made expressly in cash in Euros.
The purchasers will pay 28% VAT (23.34% before tax + 20% VAT) per lot in addition to the hammer price for the objects.
The highest and last bidder will be the successful bidder.
In the event of a double bid recognized by the Auction Company, its operator or the auctioneer, the item will be put up for sale again, with all the amateurs present being able to bid for this second auction.
The order of the catalogue will be followed. The dimensions and number of items indicated are given as an indication.
All modern or antique items are sold under the guarantee of the Auctioneer or the auctioneer and, if necessary, of the expert who assists him, according to the designations given in the catalogue and taking into account the rectifications announced at the time of the presentation of the lot and recorded in the sale report. A prior exhibition will allow buyers to see the condition of the items offered for sale. No claims will be accepted once the sale has taken place, in particular for restorations, minor accidents, stains or tears, the condition of the gilding, paint or lacquer. The condition of the paintings is available in French and English from the expert. The liability of the auction house operator and the auctioneers, and where applicable the experts, is prescribed by 5 years from the date of the auction or the auction.
CITES REGULATIONS
Please note that all lots marked with the Y symbol are subject to CITES regulations when exporting these items outside the EU.
These regulations are available at https://cites.org https://cites.application.developpement- durabl.gouv.fr Refusal to issue CITES licences or permits and any delay in obtaining such licences or permits shall not result in the cancellation or termination of a Sale, let alone delay payment in full for the Lot.
BUY ORDERS
Purchase orders are a facility for customers. The Auction Company and the Auctioneer are not liable for failure to execute an order by mistake or for any other reason.
Any potential buyer wishing to bid by telephone must first confirm his wish in writing before the sale. The shipping costs will be paid by the buyers.
Participation in the auction
Participation in the auction can be made with the auction clerks who are at your disposal to register you by telephone or by purchase order on 01 40 13 07 79, via our website, email address or on the Drouot Digital platform.
During the sale, a cyber clerk will be present on the Drouot-Live platform to relay your bids.
Live Auctions
TESSIER & SARROU cannot be held responsible for the interruption of a Live service during the sale or for any other malfunction that may prevent a buyer from bidding via a technical platform offering the Live service. The interruption of a Live auction service during the course of a sale does not necessarily justify the auctioneer stopping the auction.
For lots purchased via the Drouotlive.com platform, the sale costs payable by the buyer are increased by 1.5% (excluding VAT) of the hammer price (see drouotlive.com platform's GTC).
Adjudication and payment
The sale is complete from the moment of the auction and the transfer of ownership is completed from that moment. The electronic auction forms the sale in the same way as an auction in the auction room. This transfer of ownership is independent of the availability of the lots.
Payment must be made immediately after the sale:

- By cheque (in euros) made out to TESSIER & SARROU, with a valid identity document, sent by post. Foreign cheques are not accepted.
In the event of payment by cheque by the successful bidder, the transfer of ownership of the item will only take place once the cheque has been cashed.
The Auctioneer is not responsible for the storage of the item in any way whatsoever, as the item is considered to be under the exclusive guarantee of the successful bidder, from the moment of the auction. In case of payment by uncertified cheque, the delivery of the objects may be deferred until the cheque has been cashed.
Payment by credit card accepted. In the case of payment by foreign credit card, a fee of 1.5% will be charged in addition to the legal fee and 2.9% for American Express cards.
Cash payments may not exceed 1000 euros, including sales charges.

DEFAULT OF PAYMENT
If the buyer fails to pay all the sums due within one month of the sale, and after one unsuccessful formal notice, TESSIER & SARROU will initiate a collection procedure. The buyer will be registered in the centralized file of payment incidents of the SYMEV (www.symev.org) and all costs will remain at his expense. From one month after the sale and at the request of the seller, the sale may be cancelled without recourse.
All purchaser should be paid in cash. The buyers will have to pay an additional charge of : 28 % (23,34 % + V.A.T. 20 %).
Orders can be sent by post or telegram and phone during the sale (we will call you). Sufficient notice must be given to the expert (please take account of time difference).
Orders can be placed with Me TESSIER - Me SARROU or the Expert, during the viewing. In any case claim, the french text only will be taken in consideration.
EXPORTATION
The export of certain goods from France, whether to a member country of the European Community or not, is subject to the issue of a certificate by the Ministry of Culture (decree n° 2004-709 modifying decree 93-124) which it is the responsibility of the successful bidder to request. The fact that an export authorisation is late or refused will not justify the cancellation of the sale, nor any delay in payment of the amount due.
