SHIPPING
Once an item(s) is marked sold at auction, RA is no longer responsible in any way for the lot. If the item(s) are not paid for / do not have arranged shipping 7 days post auction, RA will charge a $10 per day / per item holding fee on smaller items. Large items, such as furniture / oversized pieces, will be charged a $50 per day / per item holding fee. From that point, the buyer has 3 more weeks to claim their item(s). After one month from the auction sale date, if an item(s) is not paid for or does not have arranged shipping set in stone in place, the item(s) will then be released back to RA. For item invoices not paid for, RA holds the right to charge holding fees and or cancel the sale. Please see our “Non-Payment” section. Buyers can handle shipping on their own with preferred shipping methods/carriers - we will work with you and your carriers. If you would like to use our in-house shipping, pay and arrange for shipping with our in-house shipping manager, Michael. Call/text him at 219-670-1058 or email at shipping@rivichauction.com. If you choose to ship with a third-party service, Rivich Auction will require a written authorization from you, the buyer, to release the property to any third party.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering to bid in our auction, you agree to all Terms and Conditions, inclusive of Shipping, Payment, Autopay and Sales Tax policies, as laid out by Rivich Auction.

1.EVERYTHING SELLS AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All sales are final, no refunds.
2.23% BUYERS PREMIUM FOR ONLINE BIDS
3. For all sterling & gold, wire transfer is the only acceptable method of payment.
4.ALL SALES FINAL
5.ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE DAY OF SALE TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER PRINTED OR ONLINE MATTER
6.ALL WEIGHTS AND MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE
7.ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE PAID FOR THE DAY OF THE SALE. INTERNET PURCHASES ARE TO BE PAID WITHIN 48hrs OF THE END OF THE SALE. NO ITEMS ARE TO BE REMOVED UNTIL PAID FOR.
8.Rivich Auction does not make any claims to authenticity or warranty on any items.
9.Items are not available for pickup until their invoice has been paid.
10.If you are a successful bidder with Rivich Auction and have not made payment or arranged payment within 3 days of the time your invoice was sent, your card will be charged.

Rivich Auction Inc. otherwise known as RA.
New bidders must be approved for bidding with official documentation of identity before being approved for bidding. All merchandise is sold as is / where is with no guarantee of any kind to age, condition, authenticity of any item Rivich Auction is not responsible for correct description, color, age, working order. Bidders whether absentee, live or online understand and take financial obligation to their bids as they are a binding contract to purchase. In the event of a tie bid, online error or any other matter regarding a bid, RA has the final determination in who is the winning bidder. RA has the right to reject a bid or bidder at any time. Sales tax is applied to each item on top of price and buyer's premium unless a valid resale tax form is submitted. This resale tax form must be in the registered bidders name and current. No exceptions will be made. All purchases of gold, silver or over $1,000 will be made by wire transfer if RA requests. Announcements day of sale take precedence over all other information. RA will not be held liable for any comment said live or online regarding any lot. RA is not responsible for fire, theft or any act of God that might occur to any winning bidder of an item, if the item is held after the day of auction. RA is not responsible for any damage to any item, claims, or theft in any regard from a 3rd party carrier. This includes a private courier we have recommended or USPS or UPS. RA has no liability for items withdrawn from auction or any items that fall under federal law concerning endangered species, environmental laws etc. All lots must be paid for in full before any are released to the buyer. This includes additional after auction purchases. All combinations thereof must be paid for in their entirety before being released. RA uses a multiplatform auction service and your bid on any one platform does not mean you are the high or winning bidder. RA strongly advises inspection of items to be bid on prior to bidding.
PAYMENT
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all accepted with 3.5% convenience fee. Payment must be made within 48 hrs of the end of the sale.
If Rivich Auction does not receive payment in full for a successful buyers item invoice within 7 days from the sales end date, they reserve the right to enact one or more of the following measures on non-paying bidders:
1.) Charge a $10 per day / per item holding fee on smaller items. Large items, such as furniture / oversized pieces, will be charged a $50 per day / per item holding fee.
2.) Cancel the sale
3.) Not allow any bids at any upcoming auction of RA’s by the buyer
4.) Take other action as we find necessary or appropriate
AUTOPAY
If you have not contacted Rivich Auction to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
For invoices via our platform, bid.rivichauction.com, your card on file will be charged at the conclusion of the sale.
SALES TAX
Online purchases from Rivich Auction may be subject to sales tax. Please see the following for more details. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of tax. Learn more about tax-exemption.
