Event Description
Massachusetts College of Art and Design is the nation’s first public, independent art and design college, dedicated to providing an exceptional and affordable education. This year marks the 33rd anniversary of MassArt’s signature annual benefit art auction. MassArt Auction proceeds go to scholarships and support for academic programs that directly benefit our most important asset – our students. Perhaps this year more than ever, your support of the 2022 MassArt Auction is even more important, as we continue to address the unique needs of our students, faculty, and the greater artistic community.
The 2022 MassArt Auction on April 9 was a huge success, but we're not done just yet! This year, we are hosting a Buy Now Post-Sale on Bidsquare, striving to do all we can to offer support to our community of artists and MassArt students by selling as much of the 2022 MassArt Auction Artwork as possible! The 2022 MassArt Auction Post-Sale will run for a week and a half, from Wednesday, April 13- Friday, April 22, and is comprised of the unsold lots from 2022 MassArt Auction events. Each lot is listed with the corresponding lot number from the original catalog and available for outright purchase at the opening bid amount (60% of the estimated value of the piece), unless otherwise stated.
