Auction Description
Massachusetts College of Art and Design is the nation’s first public, independent art and design college, dedicated to providing an exceptional and affordable education. This year marks the 33rd anniversary of MassArt’s signature annual benefit art auction. This event features an extraordinary array of artwork that continues to attract the most discerning collectors. MassArt Auction proceeds go to scholarships and support for academic programs that directly benefit our most important asset – our students. Perhaps this year more than ever, your support of the 2022 Auction is even more important, as we continue to address the unique needs of our students, faculty, and the greater artistic community.

The MassArt Foundation has attempted to describe and catalog all items accurately, but all items are offered “as is, where is”. The values listed are estimates of fair market values. Items have not been appraised by the MassArt Foundation. Each person (bidder) issued a bid number assumes all risks and hazards related to the items obtained at the Auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising there from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design Foundation, its employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers connected with the Auction. All items purchased in the Live Auction become the property of the winning bidder once that bidder is acknowledged by the Auctioneer.
