2021 Gala Art Auction by Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art
We’re thrilled to finally share the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art’s Gala Art Auction, online from November 1st through 15th. Visit our auction catalogue now to view and bid on all of the amazing works for yourself! Our catalogue of featured artworks includes many of the most prolific LGBTQ+ artists of today, across mediums and disciplines. Artists featured include our Gala honoree Jeffrey Gibson, Leslie-Lohman Museum Artist Fellows, and both established and emerging talents from the many corners of our queer city, country, and the world. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to check out works by the artists paving the way for queer culture today. We are also honored to share part of the proceeds of the sale directly with participating artists, and have partnered with Fairchain for managing titles and future sale royalties of these unique works. Works are all unframed unless noted. Please note that all shipping, packing, and courier costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder and will be invoiced separately following the sale. Terms & Conditions

This year, the Museum will share the revenue with the featured artists, and is partnering with Fairchain to offer digital certificates of authenticity for each work and provide resale royalty contracts for secondary market sales. Winning bidders will be asked to sign an agreement for title management of the artworks purchased. Learn more about title management at fairchain.art. The Museum is a nonprofit organization exempt from taxation under section 501(c)3 of the IRS Code. Winning artwork bids below the market value of the artworks are not tax-deductible. Other donations to the Museum are tax-deductible. All transactions are not refundable. Please check the IRS for the latest tax information.
