Shipping, Payment & Auction Policies

US SHIPPING

We perform shipping in-house to ensure timely processing and transaction control. Larry London Galleria ships to your valid address of record within the contiguous U.S. using insured flat rate, small box USPS whenever possible. Multiple small item purchases will be packaged together whenever possible to limit shipping expense. There is a $10 packaging fee added to the flat rate shipping cost per package mailed and only USPS flat rate boxes are available for this service. Rates are as follows: Padded Flat Rate Envelope ($10.90) Small Flat Rate Box ($10.70) Medium Flat Rate Box ($17.60) Large Flat Rate Box ($23.30). All purchases are shipped within 3-days of auction close (excluding Sundays). The credit card on file will be charged the packaging & shipping fee on the purchase invoice for US destinations. Additional fee for insurance may be charged separately for total purchase values exceeding $300 and/or for purchases delivered to international addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We perform shipping in-house to ensure timely processing and transaction control. Larry London Galleria ships to your valid address of record outside of the United States (for International bidders) using USPS insured small box packaging whenever possible. Multiple small item purchases will be packaged together whenever possible to limit shipping expense. There is a $10 packaging fee added to the insured international USPS shipping cost per package mailed. International USPS insured rate shipping will be charged to bidder for actual cost. It is the responsibility of the bidder to confirm their shipping address is correct. Larry London Galleria accepts no responsibility for shipping errors due to inaccurate shipping details under bidder profile or account. International bidders are welcome to contact Larry London Galleria at any time to verify their international shipping address is correct. Any purchase made by any bidder from outside the United States, where purchase is being shipped to an address outside the United States, must be paid in full and payment cleared prior to shipping.

FREE SHIPPING TERMS PLEASE NOTE:

Any 'Coupon', 'Discount', or 'Subscriber Incentive' that offers Free Shipping is limited to a total of value of $10.70 and applies to USPS Flat Rate Small Box shipping only. If a bidder is outside the United States and has acquired a code indicating 'Free Shipping', the total value of $10.70 will be deducted from the total actual cost for International Shipping. In all events, 'Free Shipping' code is only valid for One-Time Use and for One Package Only.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Please read carefully prior to bidding. The below Terms and Conditions of Auction constitute the entire agreement with the successful bidder relative to the property purchased at auction. In bidding with Larry London Galleria, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms: 1. All items offered at auction are sold as is, where is, no refunds, no returns, and without recourse. All descriptions are based on the opinion of Larry London Galleria. Descriptions including photographs, condition, weights, authenticity, provenance, manufacturer, artist, origin, and measurements are believed to be accurate, however, neither Larry London Galleria, the auctioneer, nor consignor, makes any warranty or representations of any kind to the merchandise being offered. All measurements and weights are approximate. Larry London Galleria encourages any interested bidder to contact us before bidding if additional information is requested. It is the responsibility of the prospective bidder to obtain any additional information necessary for bidder to make a purchase decision. 2. Larry London Galleria is not responsible for any typographical errors, omission, or other errors in the description, or a further verbal description given by the auctioneer(s) the day of the auction, or by any employee or representative preceding or following the auction. 3. Please use the ‘Contact Us’ form on the auction site to connect with us. 4. The auctions offered by Larry London Galleria are FOR SHIPPING ONLY. There are no in-person previews available and all property is sold As-Is. 5. Larry London Galleria makes no warranty of title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranty or representation regarding the description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, or condition to the Property of any kind or nature with respect to the Property. 6. Larry London Galleria reserves the right to withdraw lots prior to the commencement of each auction. Bidders are advised to bid responsibly as bids cannot be withdrawn or cancelled once made. Larry London Galleria cannot access or cancel bids. In fair practice to all bidders, any bid made is a commitment to purchase and credit card on file will be charged at hammer. 7. Any estimates published, showing both a high and low end range for each item, are of the opinion of Larry London Galleria as to the fair auction value for each item. Larry London Galleria makes no warranties as to finite value for item(s) sold. You as the bidder decide the final price. 8. While many lots are listed without reserve prices, at times, Larry London Galleria or its consignors, may assign minimum selling prices or minimum starting bid prices to select lots in each auction. 9. Larry London Galleria reserves the right to refuse a bidder’s participation, reject any bid, or to refuse to acknowledge certain bidders. 10. The highest bidder, whether in person, absentee, on the telephone, or online will be acknowledged and recorded by the auctioneer. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer’s ‘hammer.’ The purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. 11. No auction lot can be removed from the gallery or shipped until payment has been accepted and cleared. The auctioneer is not responsible for bidder errors, auction platform errors, electronic device errors, internet errors, phone bidding errors, and or other bidding mishaps. Please see our payment, pickup and shipping section for further details. All items won will be charged to credit card on file at ‘hammer’. If payment is declined for any reason, bidder must cure default by paying invoice within 24-hours or a dispute will be filed with the bidding platform after that period. Once a dispute is filed, claims to unpaid items are void, and the gallery will have full title and claim to the items in order to resell them at auction. 12. The purchase price payable by the buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus sales tax (unless exempt), plus a buyer's premium of 20%. 13. In the event of a filed dispute, the bidder will have 3 business days to contact Larry London Galleria and arrange payment of winning bids before dispute becomes final and items are listed for re-sale. Consequently, if bidder fails to resolve disputed action, fails to communicate intentions to resolve dispute, fails to respond to inquiries regarding same from Larry London Galleria and its representatives, fails to cure any event of default, fails to make payment, or fails to make any other arrangements with Larry London Galleria to satisfactorily meet the performance and legal obligations of winning the bid, Larry London Galleria will: a. Make public comment on the account regarding actions of bidder b. Publicly flag bidder as 'Bad Bidder' in the auction platform. This action will globally broadcast 'Bad Bidder' profile to ALL auction houses. Consequences of such action will cause 'Bad Bidder' to be denied registration, participation, and/or removed from registration and participation at any and all auctions. c. Modify comment or remove 'Bad Bidder' flag from bidder's profile only if bidder effectively, and ultimately, resolves dispute, cures default, and makes full payment for purchased items within 5 business days of auction close. 14. All invoice totals $5000.00 or greater require ACH or Wire Transfer. LLG will provide the banking information after sale has been completed. 15. All purchases are subject to State Sales Tax with the following exception: registered re-sellers are exempt from state and local sales tax, however, completed resale certificates in the name of the business must be provided to Larry London Galleria prior to the time of purchase. 16. We are not responsible for the acts of omissions of carriers or packers of purchased lots. Larry London Galleria will have no liability for any loss or damage to such items. No claims are permitted after items are shipped, as condition issues cannot be validated once items are mailed or released into your possession. Larry London Galleria is not responsible for damages and or loss of items that are picked up and signed for by your shipper or authorized agent. Items picked up by a third party must have prior approval for pickup from the purchaser and a copy of the paid invoice, and a valid government issued ID. 17. In providing your credit card information to pay an invoice, you authorize Larry London Galleria to charge the cost of product and/or service to your credit card either through the payment portal, or as indicated on signed, paper authorization form, or by phone. Additionally, the verified credit card you use to register for bidding at our auction may be automatically charged for the total of your winning bid, buyer's premium, tax, shipping & handling, and/or other fees if applicable. This payment is for goods/ services won at auction and certifies that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated. By registering to participate and providing credit card information, you are accepting all the responsibility for the transaction to ensure full payment to the merchant and acknowledging that all sales are final. You will inform Larry London Galleria immediately if use of this card is no longer valid.
