NO-RESERVE LOTS - Jewelry and Certified Lab Grown Diamonds | Day 1

Please be advised that by placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract with LGA (Lab Grown Auctions, LLC). If you are the successful winning bidder, you have a legal obligation to purchase the item(s) won from LGA. Reserves: As a courtesy to our bidders, and to ensure flexibility during our auctions, LGA does not list reserve prices. At the request of the auction company, this auction permits and allows bids to be placed by the auctioneer, an employee of the auctioneer, or the seller or an agent on the seller's behalf. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be deducted from the Hammer and Buyer's Premium Invoice total. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. All authorized returns must be received in the same condition as when they were originally shipped to the Customer, or they will be returned to the Customer at their cost. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded and the winning bidder will relinquish any and all claims to these items. Refusal to accept merchandise delivered by LGA to the winning bidder constitutes an unauthorized return in direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.
