Please be advised that by placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract with LGA (Lab Grown Auctions, LLC). If you are the successful winning bidder, you have a legal obligation to purchase the item(s) won from LGA. Buyer's Premium: Each lot sold in our auction is subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) Buyer's Premium, unless specified otherwise. (For example: A $100 Hammer (bid) will equate to $100 Hammer + $25 Buyers Premium for a total of $125.) Reserves: As a courtesy to our bidders, and to ensure flexibility during our auctions, LGA does not list reserve prices. At the request of the auction company, this auction permits and allows bids to be placed by the auctioneer, an employee of the auctioneer, or the seller or an agent on the seller's behalf. LGA also reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the requirements listed above. Return requests for any other reasons, contrary to the above, may only be made within three (3) days from the date on which the winning bidder receives their items from LGA and must notify LGA Customer Support (info@labgrownauctions.com) with an explanation, which may be approved at LGA sole discretion. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be deducted from the Hammer and Buyer's Premium Invoice total. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for fully insured return shipping. The Customer must make sure to carefully package and provide tracking information for the item(s) they are returning. All authorized returns must be received in the same condition as when they were originally shipped to the Customer, or they will be returned to the Customer at their cost. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded and the winning bidder will relinquish any and all claims to these items. Refusal to accept merchandise delivered by LGA to the winning bidder constitutes an unauthorized return in direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.
