COLLECTION, REMOVAL AND STORAGE
Following the Auction, Buyers must remove all Lots from the Auction site. Buyers must provide their own packing materials and their own assistants for the removal of lots.
If not removed timely by Buyer, in addition to any and all other remedies and rights JP AUCTIONS may have, JP AUCTIONS shall have the right to remove any Lot at Buyer’s sole risk and expense and store it, at Buyer’s expense, including removal, storage, transportation and handling expenses and costs and applicable taxes, at a third-party warehouse, and Buyer hereby grants JP AUCTIONS an irrevocable power of attorney to remove and store such Lots at Buyer’s expense.
EXPORT PERMITS
The Buyer is responsible for determining whether or not an export permit is required to export a Lot and for obtaining and paying the costs of any permits or licenses necessary to export any Lot from MEXICO or any other country where it is registered and/or import it into any other country, and for the payment of any import duty that may be levied by the country of import. JP AUCTIONS makes no representation or warranty of any kind with regard to whether or not any Lot can be exported or imported or the issuance of an export or import permit for any Lot.

PRIMA AL COMPRADOR
Sobre el precio de martillo, el Comprador pagará a JP AUCTIONS una Prima al Comprador del 15 % + IVA (16 %)
Recibirá un correo electrónico con el resumen de su(s) lote(s) adquirido(s) y se le invitará a realizar el pago mediante transferencia bancaria o puede pagar con las siguientes condiciones:
Pagos con tarjeta de crédito (Visa/Mastercard) : se añadirá una comisión bancaria del 4%
Pago con American Express: se añadirá una comisión bancaria del 5%
Si desea pagar sus adquisiciones vía la plataforma BIDSQUARE: se agregará 3% SOBRE EL PRECIO DE MARTILLO.
El Comprador reconoce que es responsable y acepta pagar en tiempo y forma lo adquirido.
PAGOS
Los pagos deberán realizarse el día de la subasta y a más tardar 2 días después de la finalización de la subasta.
Postores ausentes: los pagos deberán realizarse dentro de los 2 días siguientes a la finalización de la subasta.
RECOLECCIÓN, ENTREGA DE LOTES Y ALMACENAJE
Los compradores son responsables de recoger del lugar de la subasta y por sus propios medios, los lotes adquiridos.
Los compradores deberán proporcionar sus propios materiales de embalaje y sus propios asistentes o colaboradores para el retiro de los lotes.

PERMISOS DE EXPORTACIÓN
El Comprador es responsable de determinar si se requiere o no un permiso de exportación para exportar un Lote y de obtener y pagar los costos de cualquier permiso o licencia necesaria para exportar cualquier Lote desde MÉXICO o cualquier otro país donde esté registrado y/o importarlo a cualquier otro país, y para el pago de cualquier derecho de importación que pueda imponer el país de importación. JP AUCTIONS no ofrece ninguna representación ni garantía de ningún tipo con respecto al hecho de que si un Lote puede exportarse o importarse o no, ni a la emisión de un permiso de exportación o importación.

ONLINE AUCTIONS
In addition to the final bid price, the Buyer is required to pay JP AUCTONS a percentage of the final bid price of 15% (+ VAT), which JP AUCTIONS retains (the “Buyer’s Premium”). All bids and payments are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN)
BUYER’S PREMIUM
The purchase price to be paid by the Buyer is, and the Buyer acknowledges it is responsible for and agrees to timely pay, the sum of the final bid price (the highest bid acknowledged and accepted by the Auctioneer), plus (i) the Buyer’s Premium and (ii) all applicable state and local sales and/or use taxes, collectively named as the “Purchase Price”).
You will receive an email summarizing your lot(s) purchased and you will be invited to make the payment by a bank transfer or you can pay with the following conditions:
- A 4% Bank commission will be added if paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
- A 5% Bank commission will be added if paid by American Express
- BIDSQUARE PLATFORM COMMISSION : 3% ON HAMMER PRICE (+ VAT)
PAYMENTS ON PURCHASES
Payments of the full Purchase Price is due to JP AUCTIONS within 3 days following completion of the Auction.
