We will make every effort to answer all submitted questions in a timely manner however, we cannot guarantee that a request submitted within 48 hours will be answered prior to the auction date. Estimated weights and measurements: Weights and measurements in catalog description have been estimated through measurement and are to be used as approximate guidelines and not relied on as exact. 5)STORAGE The removal of property is requested as soon as possible after the auction date. Items remaining at HALPHEN AUCTIONS thirty (30) calendar days after the auction date shall be subject to a $5.00 per lot per day storage fee, which shall be charged to the buyer at the time of pickup. NOTE: Any property remaining at HALPHEN AUCTIONS ninety (90) calendar days after the auction will be deemed to have been abandoned and may be sold or disposed of by HALPHEN AUCTIONS, at its sole discretion, without liability to Buyer. Autopay If you have not contacted HALPHEN AUCTIONS to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
