35th Annual Auction

Greene Towne Montessori School reserves the right to add items or withdraw items from the Auction without notice. We have attempted to describe and catalog all items accurately. All items are offered AS IS. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds on Auction items are permitted. Please read specifications and limitations carefully. Unless otherwise indicated, items are in ready to hang condition. Unless specified, dates and times for events are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the donor and buyer. Greene Towne Montessori School neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall be responsible for, the correctness of the descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog, orally during the virtual Live Auction, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. The values listed are estimates only and are not warranted by Greene Towne Montessori School for any purpose. Items have not been appraised by Greene Towne Montessori School. Each person (bidder) issued a bid number assumes all risks and hazards related to the items obtained at the Auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising there from Greene Towne Montessori School, its employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers connected with the Auction. In the event of a dispute between bidders or any other issue, the Auction Committee will have sole and final discretion to determine the result. Instructions for payment: Payment for items must be made by credit card or check payable to Greene Towne Montessori School. Items are stored at Greene Towne Montessori School. Scheduling for pick of items is to be arranged between the winning bidder and the school beginning on Monday, May 24.
