3. For telephone and absentee bids, valid credit card information is required at registration. This card will be automatically charged for any winning bids at the auction's conclusion. If the credit card transaction is declined, 1stbid reserves the right to initiate collection proceedings, including legal action, with all associated costs borne by the purchaser.
