Available payment options
At the end of the auction, we will provide a shipping estimate and add it to your final invoice. If you win multiple items, we will combine shipping. We will pack your items using the safest materials and ship the items fully insured. Please allow up to 3 business days for order verification and processing, and additional 3-10 business days for delivery*. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number to track your order status. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a physical shipping address at checkout to avoid delays. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Any shipping requests must be made in writing via email. Please email frank@fineart4all.com and reference the invoice number. Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Please note bidders can always opt-out from our shipping department and arrange shipping. Please contact us for more info if you wish to arrange shipping on your own. All items must be shipped by an insured carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Will call is not available as we don't keep inventory at our offices due to security concerns. All order fulfilment takes place at a different secured location and as a result we are unable to allow items to be picked up.

Total Sales Price The total sales price of an item includes the hammer price plus a 18% buyer's premium. Framing for unframed artwork, packing, shipping, and insurance is extra. Payment Fine Art For All Auctions Team will contact the Buyer within three (3) days of the completion of the auction. Complete payment is due upon receipt of notification of a successful bid and must be done by the Buyer no later than 7 days after an invoice is received. The title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges will be borne by the Buyer. Any item that has not been paid within 7 days after the receipt of the notification may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future auctions and will be filed with a dispute. Methods of Payments We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and wire transfers. We reserve the right to refuse certain types of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to: damage to an item, out of the stock listing, misrepresented item, withdrawn consignment, or other such issues. In the event of a refused sale for which payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued equal to the purchase price of the given piece. *These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.
Taxes
The winning bidder will pay all applicable taxes. International buyers are responsible for import duties and VAT if applicable. Framing Most work in our auctions is sold unframed. Please look at the images and description before you place a bid.

If an item is received materially different from the auction listing and/or are damaged upon delivery, it qualifies for return or exchange on us. Prior to returning an item, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization from us.
Returns
All lots are sold as-is and as pictured with all flaws. Bidders should contact us for condition reports. All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns or refunds. Under certain circumstances, we may make an exception and allow a cancellation, return or approve a refund. However, in the case of a return, the Buyer's Premium and Shipping Cost will not be refunded. All items ship fully insured. To expedite your return, please keep all packing materials and proof of damage of the item and exterior packaging.

Autopay
If you have not contacted Fine Art For All to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
SALES TAX
Online purchases from Fine Art For All may be subject to sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax exempt certificate.
