    All items must be paid and picked up within 10 days from the Monday following the auction, unless prior arrangements were made with the gallery. Purchased items not picked up within the week after the auction will be sent to storage and all associated costs will be added to your invoice. All items will incur a $10 per day storage fee plus transfer costs associated w shipping the items. If item is not removed within thirty days the item will be reauctioned without reserve in the next available sale and all costs incurred with shipping and storing item will be deducted from the proceeds of the sale.     All items are sold AS IS, where is, and without recourse. We are open for public previews up to 4 weeks prior to the auction. If you cannot inspect an item in person, call or email and we will provide any and all information possible for your review. Condition reports are opinions and should not be treated as fact. Please ask questions if your are not sure about an item PRIOR to the auction. There are no guarantees to the authenticity of the signatures on any work of art, we use the terms attributed to, manner of, or style (of) in our catalog. We will only guarantee the mediums in which works are executed in. All items must be paid and picked up within 10 days from the Monday following the auction, unless prior arrangements were made with the gallery. We accept Visa/MasterCard, American Express ****, Cash and Checks with proper ID (Should you pay with a check, your items may be held until the check clears). We also accept wire transfer. **** All credit card purchases will have a 3% service fee added to the final balance due ****.
