Please carefully read the following “Terms of Sale”. The terms are applicable to all bidders, collectors and dealers. Submission of bids in the auction confirms your acceptance of these terms. 1. All listed items in the auction have been acquired legally, are legal to sell and are guaranteed to be as described or you will receive a full refund for your purchase. 2. All bidding is to be conducted online via Bidsquare. Phone bidding is not available. 4. Due to this being an auction sale, by bidding in the auction you are personally guaranteeing payment. In the event of a dispute, the lot(s) in question may be resold. 5. Bidders are expected to pay for their won auctions within 14 days of the invoice being sent to them. 6. Payment Payment must be paid in full before the lots are shipped. Payment (USD) may be made via money order, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AMEX) or PayPal. Please send PayPal payments to paypalinvoicing@discoverafricanart.com to process the payment. Please call 503.637.3968 to pay by phone. If the bidder does not make payment when due, Discover African Art may re-sell the merchandise. The bidder would be expected to pay for the difference of the resale price and the original successful bid, including any incidental costs of sale. 7. Estimates Low and high estimates are provided for reference only. Lots may sell for a price lesser or greater than the estimates provided in the lot descriptions. Estimates are to be used as a guide to assist with bidding. 8. Return Policy If you are unhappy with your purchase, Discover African Art offers a full money back guarantee for any purchased lots, if returned within 14 days. Please notify us directly via email at contact@discoverafricanart.com. Buyer will pay the return shipping costs. The refund will occur once the item is received in the same condition as which it was sent. If there was an error in the lot condition, dimensions or description, a full refund will be issued and the return shipping fees with be covered by Discover African Art. The refund will be sent as soon as the returned item is received. 9. Shipping All shipping is handled by Discover African Art personnel. Detailed invoices with purchase total and shipping costs will be sent to all buyers after the auction. Any questions regarding the shipping costs of lots may be asked prior to bidding. Shipping insurance is available upon request. Please inquire for a quote. International Shipping: Customs and duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Discover African Art will declare the full value of the purchased lot and will not falsify customs documents. Request for delayed shipping of lots are accepted. Discover African Art will delay shipping free of charge for 14 days. After 14 days we will charge a 5% invoice total for the storage fee. 10. Questions?
