In addition to featuring the world’s foremost display of California art and world-renowned holdings of European master drawing and international ceramics, we offer a diverse spectrum of exhibitions, events, and programs to over 270,000 visitors every year. Big Names, Small Art (BNSA) is a silent auction of more than 100 small artworks (12 x 12 inches or less) with bidding on each starting at just $25, regardless of the work’s fair market value. Bidding for BNSA begins May 10 and closes June 5, one artwork every minute starting at 1 PM PDT.

The Museum reserves the right to withdraw any item offered for bid, at any time. The Museum will not be responsible for any loss or damage to auction items. The name(s) of the successful bidder may be released to the item's donor. Purchaser's contact information will not be released without consent. All bids are considered final and nonrefundable. Successful bidders are required by law to pay sales tax (8.75%). A buyer's premium of 3.1% is added to your invoice to cover credit card processing fees.
