Available payment options
Domestic shipping is packaged in-house for small, manageable items and shipped via USPS, with costs posted on initial invoices. International shipping charges and costs for large or heavy items will be added at the end of the auction. We can assist in arranging for boxing, crating and shipping. We only charge what the United States Postal Service or other shipping services charge. No additional expenses for materials, packaging, handling, etc. Items will be shipped within 5-10 business days after receipt of payment.
Read morePayment is due within 72 hours of the conclusion of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are PayPal or wire transfers, payable in U.S. dollars. Invoice must be paid in full.
Cowboy Joe's Antiques reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased until funds have cleared.
If you have not contacted Cowboy Joe's Antiques to arrange payment within three days of the time the invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
A premium equal to 20% of the final bid price will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. Overseas shipping and packaging will be added to invoice as required.
Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms and all other terms printed within, posted, and announced at the time of sale.
Refunds will only be considered if contact with auction house is made within 72 of receipt of merchandise and item is not as described.
