By registering to bid and/or submitting any bid, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

MERCHANDISE OFFERED

- All items offered for auction are sold AS IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE.

- Listings are for descriptive purposes only.

- Bidders are responsible for examining all items and/or requesting condition reports and/or additional photos, and bidding according to their own expertise.

- Condition reports and additional photographs are available upon request. Please email info@briggsauction.com or call our showroom: 610.485.0412.

- Condition details are offered as a courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is perfect or free from wear, flaws, or characteristics of age. Briggs Auction, Inc. is not responsible for errors and/or omissions of condition.

- All announcements made on the day of the auction supersede any other previously announced or published materials.

REGISTRATION and BIDDING

- To bid online, you must register with BidSquare.

- All bidders MUST be registered and approved by 2PM Friday, December 5, 2014. We will NOT APPROVE bidders for this auction after 2pm on December 5, 2014.

- In order to be approved, bidders may be asked to supply Briggs Auction, Inc. with valid VISA/MC or AMEX information, which includes approval for a $1 authorization on the card for U.S. residents, or a $1,000 authorization for bidders outside the U.S.

- All authorizations are released within three days of the auction, but availability of funds may take up to 30 days, depending on our card's terms.

- Credit card information may be submitted using the secure, encrypted submission form available on the Briggs Auction website. The form may also be faxed up on request.

- Successful online bidders will be notified following the auction and will be provided an invoice and payment details.

BUYER'S PREMIUM and SALES TAX

- The Buyer's Premium of 21% will be added to each successful bid.

- PA residents and buyers who pick up merchandise in person are required to pay PA State Sales Tax (6%) on each sale, including the buyer's premium, unless exempted by law.

- If exempt, you must present us with a valid tax exemption number, and complete our exemption form.

PAYMENT

- For successful online bids, full payment via Cash, PayPal, Wire Transfer, or VISA/MC, AMEX is required within two (2) weeks following the auction.

- No item may be removed or will be shipped until full payment has been made.

REMOVAL OF ITEMS/SHIPPING

- If you plan to pick an item up at our showroom, please call ahead to confirm the daily schedule: 610.485.0412.

- Briggs Auction, Inc. does not ship, however we are happy to help coordinate shipping with one of our preferred shippers.

- All shipping, packing, and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Items may only be shipped to the purchaser's BidSquare registration/billing address
