FEES AND PAYMENT
Buyers will pay in addition to the auction, the following fees and taxes:
28% (fees 23.33%; VAT 4.50%).
The costs charged to live buyers are increased by 1.8% including tax (costs: 1.5% + VAT: 0.3%).
The sale is made expressly in cash.
In the event of payment by uncertified cheque, the delivery of the items may be deferred until collection.
The successful bidder may only take possession of his lot against cash payment, either in cash (under conditions), or by credit card, or by certified check or bank transfer.
In other cases, the delivery of the acquisition may be deferred until the check is cashed.
The costs and risks of warehousing remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Lots entrusted by non-residents, marked with an asterisk (*), will be subject to VAT in addition to the hammer price, unless the buyer is himself a non-resident.
Absentee bids and telephone bids:
The Auctioneers and Experts are responsible for executing the purchase orders entrusted to them, in particular, by amateurs who cannot attend the sale.
Purchase orders will only be taken into consideration if confirmed in writing and accompanied by a bank account statement and a photocopy of an identity document, received at least 24 hours before the sale.
Persons wishing to bid by telephone can use the purchase order form accompanied by a bank account statement and a photocopy of an identity document.
All telephone conversations are recorded during the sale. BEAUSSANT LEFÈVRE & Associés, voluntary sales operator and the experts cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for an error or a telephone incident.
STATUS AND STATUS REPORTS
A preliminary exhibition allowing the purchasers to realize the state of the objects put on sale, it will not be admitted any complaint once the adjudication pronounced, in particular for the restorations of use and the small accidents.
The dimensions listed in the catalog are given for information only.
We can send you a condition report of the lots you are interested in.
This report will be drafted by BEAUSSANT LEFÈVRE & Associés, voluntary sales operator and its experts and it does not replace a physical expertise of the object by yourself and/or your advisers. BEAUSSANT LEFÈVRE & Associés, voluntary sales operator and its experts are not trained in restoration, so the information provided does not constitute a report on the overall condition of the object returned by a restorer.
Nevertheless, although we have provided some observations on the object which we believe useful, we recommend that you consult your own conservator in order to obtain a full report on the object in question. Prospective buyers should keep in mind that this report will not reveal any imperfections that are revealed during a subsequent restoration.

ORDER OF THE SALE
The sale will be made according to the order of the catalog, however the Auctioneer or the Expert reserve the right to change the order of presentation according to the necessities of the sale.
PAYMENT INCIDENTS AND AUCTION ACCESS RESTRICTIONS (TEMIS) FILES
BEAUSSANT LEFÈVRE & Associés, voluntary sales operator and the S.C.P. BEAUSSANT LEFÈVRE are subscribed to the TEMIS service allowing the consultation and the supply of the file of access restrictions for auctions implemented by the S.A. Commissioners-Auctioneers Multimedia.
Any auction slip that remains unpaid or has been the subject of late payment may be entered in the TEMIS file.
