Generals Terms and Conditions The data contained in the auction catalog or any other statement made about the author of the work, origin, age, date, state, authenticity or price thereof, are the sole and exclusive responsibility of their owners and of the gallery called Baga 06 . The auction will be held in national currency and with the minimum participation of bidders who have previously registered on the platform. Lots The goods to be auctioned are organized in lots integrated by each piece. The lots include their photographs in the catalog that Be The Match® Mexico prepares for the auction. The lots will be exhibited for inspection in the gallery Baga 06 until November 2. The estimated prices that appear printed under the catalog descriptions are the starting prices of each lot or the current bid value. For the purpose of auctioning, the bidder or prospective bidder, hereinafter referred to as the "bidder," is the person who has the power to make an offer during the auction. Delivery: Shipping or export Be The Match® Mexico is responsible for delivering the piece to the final buyer of each lot. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Los datos contenidos en el catálogo de subasta o cualquier otra declaración hecha acerca del autor de la obra, origen, edad, fecha, estado, autenticidad o precio de la misma, son responsabilidad única y exclusiva de sus propietarios y de la galería denominada Baga 06. La subasta se llevará a cabo en moneda nacional y con la participación mínima de los licitadores que previamente se hayan registrado en la plataforma.. Lotes Los bienes a subastar están organizados en lotes integrados por cada pieza. Los lotes incluyen sus fotografías en el catálogo que para la subasta elabora Be The Match® México. Los lotes serán exhibidos para su inspección en la galería Baga 06 hasta el día 2 de noviembre. Los precios estimados que aparecen impresos bajo las descripciones del catálogo son los precios de salida de cada lote o el valor de la oferta actual. Para efectos de subasta se denomina licitador, posible comprador o postor, en adelante denominado "licitador", a aquella persona que tiene la facultad de hacer oferta en el transcurso de la subasta. Entrega: Envio o exportación Be The Match® México se hace responsable de hacer llegar la pieza al comprador final de cada lote. El gasto del envío corre por cuenta del comprador.
