A buyer's premium will be added to successful non-Internet bids in the amount of 22%; for internet bids placed on Bidsquare, a buyers premium will be added to the successful bids in the amount of 26%; for Internet bids on Live Auctioneers & Invaluable, a buyer's premium will be added to the successful bids in the amount of 27%; these percentage amounts will be added to the amount of the successful bid price for lots purchased at the auction. Firearm sales must comply with applicable Texas & Federal regulations, and a DENIED status issued by the NICS System will not cancel the successful bidders obligations purchase payment. Firearm purchases not picked up in person must be transferred to a FFL Licensee. The cost of shipping and transfer from Austin Auction Gallery to the designated FFL Licensee is $45.00 for each firearm.
