Shipping Info
Purchased items from the Artists Talk On Art, Inc. auction will be shipped from artists or donors locations, generally within ten business days of the auction. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a UPS or FedEx packaging store or by the artist or donor. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received and cleared. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser should special arrangements be required such as crating. International shipping may require additional steps and, at times, costs. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Artists Talk On Art, Inc. (ATOA) does not itself pack or ship art and will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.

All lots are sold "as is." Artists Talk On Art, Inc. (ATOA) makes no statements, warranties, or representations as to the accuracy of any auction item's description, genuineness, provenance, or condition. ATOA reserves the right to withdraw any item offered for bid, at any time. ATOA will not be responsible for any loss or damage to auction items. The name(s) of the successful bidder will be released to the item's donor and/or artist. Purchaser's contact information will not be released without consent. All bids are considered final and nonrefundable. Successful bidders are required by law to pay applicable sales tax. A buyer's premium of 3.1% is added to your invoice to cover normal credit card processing fees. Buyers are responsible for shipping and, as needed, packing costs that shall be added to the bidder's sale invoice.
