The “Asociación de Amigos MAP” is not responsible for any shipping costs. The buyer is
fully responsible to fulfill and take into action the necessary elements to ensure the piece or
pieces are sent correctly into the desired destination.
By these means, “Asociación de Amigos MAP” can’t be taken into account for any charge
regarding delivery services, customs and border protection, taxes, or any other sort of fee
that might be related with the purchase of the product.
Offering on the bidding house of “Asociación de Amigos MAP” directly implies that the
potential buyer understands that the price shown on the site does not include any of the
exportation fares, and only portrays the actual cost of the offered piece.
At the moment of the purchase, the buyer is accepting all of our terms and conditions without
no restriction or limitation.
Once bought, we will be more than glad to stay in touch with you to facilitate the proper
delivery of the piece. At the time of the purchase, one of our employees will get in contact,
providing you the information needed to dispatch your artwork.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
a. All of our pieces are authentically made by Mexican artisans. These are all originals
brought up by some of the most prominent names in Mexican culture. The materials
used for the elaboration of the pieces are authentic and attend to the popular art
piece’s common method. Before purchasing any piece, please make sure the
materials used are not prohibited in your country’s migratory regulation. Once bought
there will not be any sort of refund or devolution.
b. The “Asociación de Amigos MAP” has all of the permits necessary for your
purchase to be developed without any third party intervention. Just to mention some,
these permits go from government authorizations of the materials used to the
artisans personal consent to realize the sale.
c. We are a legally installed association according to Mexcian laws. The “Asociación de
Amigos MAP '' is a non governmental organization that collaborates in the realization
of cultural activities focused in the promotion, protection, conservation and
restoration of popular art in all of its forms of manifestation. The main offices of our
association are based in Mexico City.
d. We are not responsible for any damage made to the piece once it has been shipped
off, there is no warranty offered in case of any damage presented. Under this
understanding, the buyer is fully responsible for acquiring any type of insurance,
security and transportation considered necessary for its proper arrival to its final
destination.
e. We will not respond for any expense derived from the purchase. For further
information, please revise our shipping information policy.
f. Our platform accepts all of the payment methods included in Bidsquare.
g. We will need some personal information from the buyer in order to properly get the
payment. This information will not be used for any other activity but those regarding
the necessary to receive the payment and go ahead with the shipping.
h. We operate under a “NO CONFLICT” policy, this meaning any type of problem
presented should be solved on a pacific way thru mediation systems excluding any
jurisdictional tribunals.
i. We are not obliged to give away the piece to the shipping service until the payment
has gone completely through and the full amount of it has been deposited.
j. No party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligation under the
Agreement that is due to a Force Majeure event, such as Acts of Nature including,
but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster,
terrorism, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion,
revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities,
nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike,
lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. If a Force Majeure
event occurs, the affected party shall notify the other party and make commercially
reasonable efforts to mitigate the adverse effects of the Force Majeure event on the
performance of the Agreement. However, this provision does not excuse the buyer’s
obligation to pay the Fees for services actually received
