We provide in- house packing and shipping for small items. For big items, we can recommend 2 shipping companies that we have worked with in the past. Packing and handling of purchased lots is at the entire risk of the purchaser. Affinity Antique will have no liability of any loss or damage to such items. We encourage our clients to add full shipping insurance.

If your status is "pending," you have not been approved to bid. Please contact the auction house at least 24 hours before the auction. All purchases must be paid within 7 days and picked up within 21 days after the completion of the sale. A charge of $20 per item per day will be applied for items not picked up within this time frame. We accept payment via all major credit cards, cash, check, and wire transfers. Credit card payments will be charged a 3% convenience fee. A Paypal account is available for payment, and a 4% convenience fee will apply. For total invoice payments over $2000, we can only accept personal checks, money orders, bank checks, bank transfers, or wire transfers. A buyer's premium of 26% of the hammer price will be charged.
