Fraudulent credit card use is rampant and will not be tolerated, period. *If your purchase exceeds $5000.00, we require a wire transfer from your bank. *The internet is a wonderful thing, but is not foolproof; connections get dropped, these are issues we have no control over. If there is an item that you must purchase, we recommend phone or absentee bidding. * All property is sold as is, where is. All sales are final. All sales are tape recorded for everyones protection.*When the Auctioneer says, SOLD, title on the property shall pass to the successful bidder, who thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility.
