If you are the winning bidder and plan to pay with a credit card, be prepared to follow these specific rules: You may be ask to provide a photo ID and photo of your credit card. Fraudulent credit card use is rampant and will not be tolerated, period. *If your purchase exceeds $5000.00, we require a wire transfer from your bank. *The internet is a wonderful thing, but is not foolproof; connections get dropped, these are issues we have no control over. If there is an item that you must purchase, we recommend phone or absentee bidding. * All property is sold as is, where is. All sales are final. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and ask questions on every item that you wish to bid on. All sales are tape recorded for everyones protection.*When the Auctioneer says, SOLD, title on the property shall pass to the successful bidder, who thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility. The purchasers at his own risk and expense shall remove said property unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction.
