The timed sale, open now for bidding, continues through July 25. Art for sale includes paintings by Douglas Bond, Bertha E. S. Lee, and James Swinnerton; and works on paper by Antoine-Ignace Melling and John Webber, plus bird prints by John Gould and Robert Mitford. From World Wars I and II are original, French and American posters; lithographs by Lucien Hector Jonas; and newspaper flonges. The wide selection of decorative arts includes a Herend teapot, Royal Doulton plates, pieces from Meissen and Dresden, Lladro figurines, a Wedgwood vase, boxes, and much more. Among the decorative arts from China are vases, teapots, a jade bowl, porcelain pieces, and 19th-century paintings. The diverse selection of antique and vintage books are mostly in English or French. Completing the sale are a large model of USS Mahan (DLG-11), two Buddhas, two Continental nodders, and memorabilia from United States Lines.
